Mr Ridha graduated from the Royal Free and University College Medical School with distinction. After basic surgical training in Southampton and Salisbury, he completed his specialist training in plastic surgery in the East of England deanery (Cambridge, Norwich and Stevenage).
He acquired the FRCS (Plast), at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2012. He subsequently undertook microsurgery and cosmetic surgery fellowships in London, where he developed his specialist interests. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
Mr Ridha is a clinical supervisor to plastic surgery specialist trainees and is also a faculty member on microsurgical and FRCS (Plast) revision courses.
Outside his clinical practice, Mr Ridha has an interest in microsurgery and anti-ageing research. His work has been published in leading plastic surgery journals and presented in national and international conferences.
