We recognise most UK health insurers and are on the nationwide networks with most. Following receipt of a valid authorisation we will handle all the financial aspects of your appointments and treatments direct with your insurer. If you are a self-paying patient the private patients team would be delighted to discuss the options available to you.

Paying for your treatment

If you are covered by private medical insurance, it is important that you contact your provider and discuss your treatment needs. Once they confirm your level of cover you will be given an authorisation code, which you will be asked for by the Private Patients team. We are recognised by all the major private insurance companies including BUPA, AXA, PP, Aviva and Vitality.
If you are a self-paying patient you will be required to pay a 100% of the estimated cost prior to your appointment and/or admission. The estimated cost will be as near to the full cost of your treatment. Where the actual cost of services received is less than the amount paid, you will receive a refund of the difference. Any additional charges will be billed after your treatment.
